Policies at The C's in CheeseCake

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

How to make an order

When placing an order, please add a note on what flavour you would like before checking out.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when making orders.
 

When ordering please make sure you give at least 1 weeks notice! Anything less than a week there will be an additional charge of £20. 
 

Bare in mind that rush orders may affect my ability to deliver you with custom colours/ personalisation's/ requests due to the short notice. 
 

If you are unsure about the date that you would like your order, please fill out an enquiry form or send me a message directly to see if your order can be completed. 

Collection and Delivery Policy

Delivery in the HA3 area is free

If you do need delivery outside the HA3 area, there will be additional charges included. If you are within a 5 mile radius, there is a £5 charge, and if you are further than 5 miles the price will increase. 

 

If you are able to collect, 

Collection times will be Monday - Friday between 7pm - 9pm. 

Cancellations 

If you choose to cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs from when your order has been made. Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable, however if you have paid for your order in full then at discretion I will refund you with 50% of your payment. 

Cake Care

I will  not be held accountable for any damage that is done to your order once in the possession of the delivery driver. 

When transporting your order, please ensure that you place it on a flat surface, e.g. passenger footwell. Always make sure that you have another person in car when transporting the desserts if possible.

Please keep you air conditioning on to prevent your order from melting.

Always store your order in the fridge to prevent melting and keep fresh for a longer period of time.
